We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

1. 1.          Oversee day-to-day financial operations and transactions.
   2.          Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights for decision-making.
   3.          Monitor and manage budgetary control, ensuring financial targets are met.

Compliance:

1. 1.          Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
   2.          Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.
   3.          Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

Reporting:

1. 1. Generate financial reports for management review.
   2. Provide timely and accurate financial information to support decision-making.
   3. Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis.

Cash Flow Management:   

1. 1.  Manage cash flow and ensure efficient utilization of funds.
   2. Monitor and reconcile bank statements regularly.

Team Collaboration:

1. 1. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support their financial needs.

Qualifications:

1. 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
   2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
   3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
   4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
   5. Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
   6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
